Noel T. Mannion Promoted to Executive Vice President of Property Operations at National Realty & Development Corp.
National Realty & Development Corp., (NRDC) recently announced that Noel T. Mannion has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Property Operations. He was previously the Company’s Managing Director of Property Operations. In his new position, Mannion is responsible for overseeing operations for the Company’s portfolio of over 78 projects throughout 14 states. This includes all aspects of budgeting, maintenance, major repair and improvement projects, billing, lease administration and risk management.

Orrico, President, NRDC. “His leadership, work ethic and extensive knowledge of our portfolio and business practices make him a valuable, resource for the company. Mannion began his career at NRDC in 1994. Prior to joining NRDC, he spent four years at Milstein Properties in Manhattan. Mannion has more than 29 years of experience in the real estate industry.
Mannion received a Bachelor’s degree from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from NYU Schack Institute. Mannion currently resides in New Fairfield, Connecticut.
