Home Goods to Join Lineup at Shrewsbury Plaza in Shrewsbury, NJ
National Realty & Development Corp., (NRDC) recently announced that Home Goods has leased a 22,000 square foot store at Shrewsbury Plaza in Shrewsbury, New Jersey. Shrewsbury Plaza is a 225,000 square community shopping center located on Route 35 (Broad Street) in Shrewsbury, New Jersey.
SPLIT CONTENT
Home Goods, one of The TJX Companies off-price brands offering unique selections in home fashions in kitchen essentials, rugs, lighting, bedding, bath and furniture will open at the center early 2017. Other tenants at the shopping center include Marshalls, Saks OFF 5th, AC Moore and CVS among other regional and local shops.
As part of the improvements to the center a major portion of the façade is being replaced with a modern EIFS design.
“By continually refreshing the look and feel of our shopping centers we can attract new and exciting tenants like Home Goods,” said John Orrico, President of NRDC. “The TJX Companies and NRDC have a long-standing relationship and we are pleased to be able to add another one of their successful brands to the shopping center.”
